RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To exchange a product, please email us the order ID along with product codes to labelsandco.ca@gmail.com, and we will assist you with the process. Alternatively, you can call us at +1-(647)-769-7909 from Tuesday to Saturday between 11 AM - 7 PM, and on Saturday between 12 PM - 5 PM.
Your purchase should be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns that do not meet our policy for an exchange will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. If you would like to exchange your item, please note that we can only replace it with a product by the same designer, subject to availability. We have a non-refundable policy.
Made-to-order, measure, custom, bespoke, and sale items do not qualify for an exchange.
Items should be returned unused and with all Labels & Co garment tags still attached. Loose or broken tags will not be accepted for an exchange. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return along with all invoices and paperwork.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products on Labels & Co as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be completely accurate.
Please note: The above-mentioned exchange policy is only valid for online sales. No exchanges or refunds for in-store sales.
