1. About Us

Labels & Co is a retail boutique and online store operating at 5985 Rodeo Dr, Unit 8A, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L5R 3V6. We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes your acceptance.

2. Product Information & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We do our best to display accurate images, descriptions, and pricing. Minor colour variations may occur due to screen settings and photography. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and will notify you promptly.

3. Make-to-Order & Custom Items

Certain items are available on a make-to-order basis only, crafted per your specifications and placed directly with the designer. These orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed. Production timelines vary by designer and will be communicated at time of order.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery province. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Order Cancellations

Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Make-to-order and custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at marketing@labelsco.ca or call +1-(905)-712-9544.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy separately before completing your purchase. All returns and exchanges are governed by the terms stated on that page.

7. In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store at our Mississauga boutique are subject to the same return and exchange conditions as online purchases unless otherwise communicated by our team at the time of sale.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, logos, and brand assets belongs to Labels & Co or the respective designer brands. No content may be reproduced or used without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Labels & Co is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of your specific order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
